Buccal mucosa and retromolar area
Improvement is there but not fully recovered ...now I am not worried about cancer atleast ...it took 3 to 4 months of fresh fruit diet and lycopene with kenacort ...any suggestions ...my retromolar area on side side  is shrinked and get feeling of streached when I try to open mouth more 4cm ...I know it is more than enough but is there anything I could do to make it like the other side from which I was not eating gutka ...pls advice ...will corticosteroid injection help or should I wait for improvement slowly slowly ..pls guide

Hello, congratulations  for such a speedy recovery. Wat u need to is continue with the same  medications. Eat 1 tomato daily . Need to do some exercises, that will solve the remaining problem . For mouth opening exercises can consult on personal chat
