I have been diagonsed with osmf and grey, brown pigmented patches on buccal mucosa.
Unable to consume spicy food. Certain deep pink areas in the same cheek where patches are present. Patches developed after 3 monthz of quitting the chewing habit. Can it be through excess use of topical steroids? Used to use dologel with 2 tabs of defcort 30 mixed in solution nd orally applied inside the mouth. Need help and resolution.
