Get it removed by a dentist/ oral surgeon. Its very simple. Its appeared now or growing? Exostoses are not malignant. If its not, Only a biopsy will reveal if its malignant.

Dear patient. Buccal exostosos are non malignant, they does not affect function, but may hamper aesthetics exactly how u feeling with them. No home remedy can relieve you of them. The treatment option will be to remove the exostosis under local anesthesia. U need to gain some courage to overcome your fear about dentists for a better smile though.
