Good morning. Hopefully you are having a good day. As a breastfeeding mom with a cold please take conservative measures such as:
1. Levocetrizine 5mg 1-0-0 x 5 days.
2. Betadine gargles 2x daily.
If fever occurs or other symptoms please book a consultation so further workup can be done.
