Gaining weight in a healthy way demands patience and perseverance. There are drugs and supplements available, but they should only be used under a physician’s supervision. It is critical to supplement your calorie consumption with nutrient-dense foods like whole grains, lean protein, healthy fats, and dairy. Strength training can also help you grow muscle mass, which can contribute to weight gain. If you are not seeing benefits despite eating a well-structured diet, see a doctor to rule out any underlying medical disorders, such as thyroid abnormalities or digestive issues.

Firstly congratulations... Now coming to your concern, it takes time to reduce pregnancy weight gain. While breastfeeding the child you should eat healthy and nutritious food. You can start yoga along with jogging. A proper diet plan is also needed. It won't affect your breastmilk supply.

Take proper care of your meal. If you are doing exercise and feeding too. A balance meal is required to reduce fat and gain healthy muscles. Else the skin will be loose. For lactation also balance and healthy meal is required. Best is to get your constitution checked and go accordingly.
