you need higher protein intake for recovery, energy, and milk production. Since your protein intake is low, a good-quality plant-based protein powder (like pea or rice protein) can help. Will It Cause Weight Gain? No, protein powder won’t make you gain weight unless you consume excess calories. Instead, it helps: ✅ Support postpartum recovery (healing tissues, maintaining muscle) ✅ Keep you full longer, reducing unhealthy cravings ✅ Balance hormones and energy levels ✅ Support milk production (protein is essential for breast milk quality) How to Take It? • 1 scoop (15-20g protein) per day • Mix with warm almond milk / coconut milk / smoothie

Hello mam, PROTEIN is extremely important for Baby's Growth & Development as well as mom's health like muscle building, repairing of tissues, maintain fluid balance, build immunity etc. It is important to know how much amount of protein do u need per day ? If the protein intake is less then Daily Requirement Value then a good Protein Powder will surely help you. Protein powder is a temporary solution for less intake but in long term it's good to EAT A DIET WHICH HAS OPTIMUM LEVEL OF PROTEIN TO SUPPORT YOUR HEALTH Without workout or exercise the absorption of protein is not very good so please try to start some daily exercises. Yes, you can take protein powder even if you don’t work out, especially since your body needs extra nutrients for postpartum recovery and breastfeeding (if applicable). However, whether it affects your weight depends on your overall calorie intake. If you consume more calories than your body needs, including from protein powder, it can contribute to weight gain. But if you use it as a supplement to meet your protein needs without exceeding your daily calorie intake, it won’t necessarily cause weight gain.
