My mother's initial bp was 200/100
After medication it came down to 140/88
But again today it goes to 144/94
What can be the reason? She is having a pain inside head
(She consumes a medicine called olmesar)

If ur using digital BP instrument, its usually creates an error of 10-20mmHg.
BP doesn't remain constant for whole of the time.. it has durnal and physiological variations.
If she's getting headache, generally its a sign of HIGH BP. Consult physician for further.
