Please consult with a General Physician in your area or on Practo. Before that you should get a record of BP checked twice a day for 2 days.

Calm down man. Don't worry. Now you need to do all these things: 1. Bp charting 3 times in a day for 5 day's. 2. Low salt diet. 3. Avoid alcohol. 4. Stop smoking. 5. Go for morning and evening walks. 6. Drink plenty of water to keep your self hydrated. 7. Avoid spicy and oily food. Take rest of half an hour then again check your BP. As i don't know anything about your medical history so wont be able to advise much
Next Steps
consult me if possible for you.

Hypertension is a subclinical condition without any significant symptoms. 150/100 is to considered high BP requiring medication along with life style modification. Buy digital BP monitor and check Blood pressure early morning in empty stomach after waking up from sleep(not after jogging)
Next Steps
Consult General physician
