Bp issues in me
Hi i am male 35. I had a regular check of bp in January and it came 150/100 so dr prescribed a medicine called telma  40 to take for one month.today without talking a medicine inwent for bp checked and it came 90/64.so is this a low bp or its normal .should I need to continue my medicine.after 10 mins of walking when I again gone for bp it came 112/80 is it normal.can bp flucate like this plz let me know.earlier i don't have any bp issues it always comes normal but my mother have an issue of bp

Hi., I can understand your concern. Usually walking will impact Bp levels. You can take telma 20 instead of telma 40. If BP is low, after 3 days of telma 20, review. We'll plan to reduce the dose
