My BP is 104 & 69 since 2-3 days. Feeling week and lethargic. Also I do have anxiety issues. Doctors suggest to have coffee and increase salt intake. Please suggest what should I do ?

Blood pressure readings over 90/60 is considered as normal in non hypertensive. If your previous regular bp monitoring readings were always above 104/69 and now you find it's lower since last 2 days ,it may be due to postural hypotension.Consume enough water and follow your doctor's advice
