You may opt in for life style modification and exercises like brisk walking, pranayama, yoga for one month Are your parents hypertensive? Have you ever tested for your blood cholesterol levels, kidney functioning etc You first need thorough evaluation on why you have prehypertension ! Because few causes can be corrected by treating the cause And don’t prepare your mind for not taking Medication. Medication is given only when benefits are more than risks You may consult here or whats app on 97 010 736 15
