Please explain fever and add details to it, as how long the history of fever, was fever recorded home? Is there evening rise of temperature? Is there cough and plhelgm, night sweats ? History of tuberculosis in your home? Mosquito bites? Is there loss of weight and appetite?

when fever comes please take paracetamol 600 mg three times every 8 hours, SOS, plenty of water. No cold items, oral hygiene with brushing three times daily, isolate yourself. Drink lot of hot fluids, avoid contact with kids and elders.
