Go for covid test done as soon as possible. And till the results come ask her to wear double mask and you and other people around here also wear double mask and if possible ask her to isolate till results come and if the results are positive continue doing so.
For bodyache, take one dolo 650 tablet and monitor temperature and oxygen saturation. Ask her to drink lot of water and maintain hygiene.
