Body pain & cramps
I am experience lot of body pain since last 6 months. I get cramps in my legs & back & neck pain My B12 & D3 are normal. What could be the reason? Will there be any vitamin or protein deficiency?

Check your serum calcium and magnesium level.. If it's lesser can cause similar symptoms.. Check FBS, PPBS, HBA1C level as well.. Increase protien content in your food.. Avoid dehydration , and reduce caffeine intake Take a good multivitamin supplement
