Consult a Psychiatrist and discuss your problems more thoroughly with him/her. Secondly the symptoms that you are getting or the bodily discomfort that you are facing mainly because of Stress Tension Anxiety and Constant feeling of hopelessness. So to reduce the stress and anxiety take Inderal LA 20 tab : 1 tab once daily 1 hour after breakfast for 15days. This would also bring down your heart rate to normal range which is between 60-100 Also do Affirmative Meditation Regular exercise atleast for 30 minutes Regularise sleep for 6 hours Take a healthy diet and take plenty of fluids. Lastly once again I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist for better understanding of your issues and I am sure everything will be alright. Consult under Practo in case of emergency Take care!
