I have body ache, fever and loose motion. From medical store I have taken paracetamol with ibuprofen, cefixime antibiotics, norfloxacon with tinidazole and omiparazole. Also multivitamin tonic 30

Hello there, you don't need to take these much Medicine for such symptoms. Omit cefixime. And continue given Medicine for 3 days. And do follow up.
