Bloody stool and stomach cramp
My stomach is paining for 5 to 6 days.. then it become normal.. but my stool is watery.. and slide blood is released with that... i have acidity issue.. and my stomach hurt in the upper abdomen... slight blood like stain relased with watery stool.. what is this

Bloody diarrhoea called dysentery. In India it is mostly associated with parasite infestation and bacterial infection (Shigella). But need more information to confirm the diagnosis so you can either consult me or any physician.
