Blood pressure
My blood pressure was shown as 160/110. I have faced this before as well. I had brought it under control by yoga earlier and regulating my diet. I have to travel a lot in my job and lately I was suffering from viral fever and I did not rest and was on continuous tour for 25 days. It involved alcohol consumption also for a few times. I checked my blood pressure with a doctor because of consistent fever type feeling and headache , the blood pressure was high as stated. I took the abpm test as suggested by the doctor and also my blood platelet count was normal . Kindly help.
