Blood pressure
My blood pressure levels are constantly 145 / 95 when I checked last 2 days.
I am taking medicines for Diabetic (Glycomet GP 1- twice in a day). Thyronorm 50 MCG once in the morning.
I am also taking cyra D 1-0-1, Neuro axis 0-0-1, calvic HD 0-1-0. For the past 3 days for my back ache.
Please advise if I have to take medication for BP which is showing high results.

Purchase an automatic BP instrument. Measure your BP in lying down position early morning when you wake up, for 5 days. If it is consistently around 146/96, consider lifestyle modifications, e.g. Weight reduction, DASH diet, stopping smoking (if present). Monitor BP again after an interval, if it's still elevated, we start medication for you.
