90/60 mmHg is generally considered low blood pressure, or hypotension. While some people naturally have blood pressure in this range and feel fine, it is considered a concern coz it is associated with dizziness
Next Steps
when you feel dizzy sit or lie down immediately to prevent injury from a fall. you should consult a Physician, since you have repeated episodes of dizziness or fainting. Low blood pressure can sometimes be a side effect of medication or a sign of underlying issues like dehydration, anemia, or heart conditions.
Health Tips
immediately go to emergency if you have fainting like loss of consciousness. Chest pain or shortness of breath becoming cold, clammy, or pale skin, and rapid, shallow breathing

Drink plenty of water(try at least 3 litres daily). Drink salted drinks and ORS regularly. Avoid sudden rising from bed. Avoid tilting head down or up for long time. That means you have to change position of head gradually and slowly. If you feel dizziness or darkness in your eyes, lie down immediately on bed and raise your legs onto a platform. 1. Wear Compressive stocking on legs throughout the day and remove before sleep. 2. CAP. BECOSULES- 1 TAB TWICE DAILY x 15 DAYS
Next Steps
ECG 12 LEADS, 2D ECHO, BLOOD FOR CBC, SERUM ELECTROLYTES, HOLTER MONITORING(IF POSSIBLE)
Health Tips
If this stays for a long time then I will add medicines. I need to know detailed history. You need further evaluation and work up. So please consult me on practo.com for follow up

90/60 is normal for most of the adults specially female patients. But can't come to the conclusion  over just one reading. You need to take your BP reading twice daily at a fixed time for 1 week and make a chart.  Also do you feel dizzy when you change posture or is it random?
Next Steps
Take your BP twice daily at a fixed time for 1 week
Health Tips
Drink ORS .
