Blood Pressure medicines
I have been taking BP medicine for about 2 years, as my bp used to rise because of anxiety and stress these days I measure my bp twice a day and it is well within limit. I haven't taken my medicine for 5 days. Can I stop it or should I continue even when bp is normal?

If you are are diagnosed to have hypertension you have to continue BP medicine life long only with a few exception.
Never stop BP medicine on your own.
Re start medicine as soon as possible.
