I measure my blood pressure yesterday and it was 140/90. Today it is 130/90. I never consume alcohol but did smoke very little in past days. I am a strict vegetarian.
I am doing pranayam and meditation daily. My age is 42.
I am not taking much salt and eat potassium enriched nuts.
Please suggest me how can I maintain 120/80.

Hello...
The biggest killer in the world is cardiovascular diseases with 17 million deaths in 2015. The thing that especially signifies cardiovascular risk is hypertension (high blood pressure). And smoking is the number one cause of hypertension.
Smoking itself causes 5 million deaths per year, all over the world.
So, although you do yoga and all, these things won't have much of ab effect on hypertension, especially if you continue to smoke.
Next Steps
Quit smoking!
