I'm having blood pressure of 129/92. Does lack of sleep cause blood pressure to increase? Please advise

Your bp is slightly on the higher side more like borderline Yes this could be due to the lack of sleep you ve mentioned Isolated elevation in bp is not much significant Kindly monitor ur bp for 5-7 days morning and night if possible If persistently high means we ll have to start you on medications Kindly consult

Your blood pressure is slightly raised . Lack of sleep can cause stress and increase in cortisol levels ..this can cause high bp
