Good evening , I would strongly suggest you to monitor your BP readings regularly twice a day for a week time . Meanwhile you may restrict your salt intake, avoid oily foods , startup with minimal excerises like walking for 20 -30 mins a day .

If you are on medication continue taking and restrict salt intake, oily food and junk food. Regularly exercise in whatever means u feel comfortable. With increasing age, blood pressure increases as your blood vessel wall thickness increases, so you need to take medication prescribed by your doctor. Follow a healthy diet and exercise routine, do some yoga and meditation and avoid stress.  For any further queries, consult me privately on practo.
