Blood Pressure fluctuation
I am monitoring my blood pressure for a school project. I check it twice in the AM and PM, I check it once then wait 5 minutes and check it again. I have noticed that my 1st reading is drastically different than my 2nd. Sometimes one if a lot higher than another. Examples: 1st: 115/ 73. 2nd: 119/70 1st: 123/71 2nd: 105/72 I am wondering, could there be an issue with the size of my cuff? I am making sure I do not drink any caffeine/exercise prior to my readings.
