During exercise the blood pressure is more.so that blood pressure not considered as hypertension.during exercise any vascular damage is possible.normally hypertension cause problems.why exercise bp does not cause problems

because in younger age there is increase HDL levels which is a good cholesterol for your body and in after 45-50 years of age there is high levels of  VLDL and LDL which is bad cholesterol..that leads you hypertension amd heart attack...

During exercise the blood pressure is increased along with other parameters like cardiovascular capacity etc so coping mechanism of your body does not allow to go out of order. However if during exercise you get breathlessness too soon or quickly of you suffer from preexisting heartlung  disorders then you should be cautious. Even those patients who are newly diagnosed as diabetes type 2 and are on oral drugs should have sugar tablets or chocolates with them in case of hypoglycemia during exercises

if you are diabetic then don't go on exercising spree empty stomach take two biscuits atleast but not more food otherwise exercises are futile. fruits, vegetables and roughage should be a part of diet and exercise must be in tune with your body .
