Meditation helps with relaxing and controlling bp. Relaxing your mind and body after a stressful day helps in controlling bp. Reduce salt intake . Your bp seems to be touching 140/90mmhg (140/86 or 144/87) . 140/90 mmhg is the cutoff for hypertension. I would suggest you meet an MD general medicine for guidance on lifestyle changes that could help you to prevent getting high bp or if required put you on medications for controlling it. Exercise for 45 mins everyday for good health.
