Blood clot near heels

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I hurted my right foot 3 days ago, there is very less pain, bt near my heels i can see some blood clotting . please suggest i should do. I have not taken any type of medicines, just soaked my legs in warm water for 2-3 times a day.
