Body pain,headache,feverish(bt no fever)
Hello doctors, I was covid tested positive and recovered. Home quarantine period is just completed. Now I have body pain, mild headache, and feeling feverish (but no fever, body temperature is around 97 deg f). Can I take paracetamol 650??. Need your opinion please.
