Back pain since last few days please an
My mother is facing back pain since last few days.any medicine for back pain pls.Actually I was having hallucinations 10-12 days ago and am taking medicines for that as prescribed by psychiatrist.also am taking bp medicine.but this back pain is since few days.any medicine which can be given.

Back pain for a few days (without injury mentioned) is most commonly:
• Muscle strain
• Posture-related pain
• Age-related spondylosis
However, before suggesting medicine, important questions:
Does she have:
• Fever?
• Burning urine?
• Leg weakness?
• Severe pain radiating to leg?
• History of fall?
If none of these → likely simple muscular back pain.
Since she has BP, we must be careful with painkillers.
Many common painkillers (Diclofenac, Ibuprofen) can:

Please share details of her pain.
She can take tab flexon m.r one every 8hours for 4 to 5 days, after meals. She should avoid bending and sideward turning.
She should get mri lumbosacral spine, done to know the underlying cause and share results.
