Back pain problem
I have been suffering from back pain on the left lower side of back from the last 6-7 days ,I have tried pain relief gel , sprays and hot and cold icing on it .But all in vain .
It is impacting my work as it's pains a lot also I am not been able to work out because of this pain .
Please suggest .

Please visit a physiotherapist or orthopedic doctor. Do not ignore the body's clue. It seems sacroiliac joint pain which usually more while sitting , walking,and turning in bed. As I have not seen you personally so can't be sure.
