Back pain due to overweight
For the past 3 months I am having intense pain in my back, I checked with my doctor and also got MRI scan...no sign of slip disc but I don't know why there is a constant pain in my back...I can't sneeze, I can't yawn..it pains really bad... someone told me that overweight also causes pain...I'm on pain killers everyday ( Dynapar)...but it only reduces my pain to 50%...I don't know what to do, please help me with this.
