Whenever we change feeding habits of baby , difficulty / change in bowel habits occur and secondly  not passing stool everyday is not a concern if a child passes stool 2 times in 7 days its normal but the stool should be soft and be passed easily , baby should pass gas on regular basis if all that is happening then you should wait if the stool is hard and baby is not passing stool 2 times in 7 days consult a nearby doctor . If constipation persists then i would like to know about the passage of first meconium after birth

Not passing motion for even 5 days is not abnormal if the motion is not hard. If the baby has hard motion it may be relieved by safe medication. But chronic constipation needs investigation.
Next Steps
If necessary get a check up for the baby.

Greetings It is very normal for a nearly two-month-old combination-fed baby to go several days without a bowel movement. As long as your baby is active, passing gas, and the stool is soft when passed, it is usually not a cause for concern.Introducing formula can also temporarily alter your baby's bowel habits and cause less frequent stooling. You can help by gently massaging her tummy clockwise or moving her legs in a bicycling motion to stimulate digestion.Regarding Hyperlact capsules, they are commonly used herbal galactagogues to improve milk supply during lactation.

At this age some breastfed babies may not pass motion daily, and after starting formula milk stool pattern can change for few days. If baby is feeding well, active, passing urine properly and tummy is soft, then usually no need to worry. Continue frequent breastfeeding and proper latching. Hyperlact can be continued as advised by your doctor. Gentle tummy massage and leg cycling can help. Kindly consult pediatrician if baby develops vomiting, abdomen swelling, excessive crying or poor feeding.

If baby is active, feeding well, passing urine normally and abdomen is not distended, occasional delayed motion can still be normal at this age, especially in breastfed babies. Continue breastfeeding frequently and give formula only if needed in correct dilution. Avoid giving any laxative without examination. Gentle tummy massage and cycling leg movements may help.
