At 10 months, 7.5 kg may still be acceptable depending on birth history, length and growth trend, but proper diet review is important.
Give 3 main meals + 2 healthy snacks daily along with breastfeeding/formula.
Focus on calorie-rich homemade foods like:
• Khichdi with ghee
• Dal-rice
• Curd, paneer
• Egg (if non-vegetarian)
• Banana, potato, sweet potato
• Ragi, oats, suji
• Nut powder (almond/walnut) mixed in food
Add 1–2 tsp ghee/butter in meals for extra calories. Avoid biscuits/junk foods.
Also monitor activity, feeding pattern and monthly weight gain with your pediatrician.
Weight is Gud . Don’t worry
Give fruits and vegetables more like Apple puree …
Palak rice and Kichidi with dal carrot beans …..
Continue breast feeding .
