It's hand foot and mouth disease
#Over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen or numbing mouth sprays. Don’t use Aspirin, because it can cause serious illness in children.
#Cold treats in form of yogurt and ice creams
#Plenty of fluids
# Use if calamine is ok
#Oragel only if not improving on its own
This condition is self limiting and will usually go in 10 days
Next Steps
see your doctor if not getting well.

It may be hand, foot and mouth disease which is a viral infection. It needs only the medicines given by your doctor. It should go away in a few days. Or it might be allergy. Contact again if needed
Good morning,
It's preferred to be seen personally for proper diagnosis.
Take care.
