Doctor 6 months back I got
b12 deficiency, the numbers are 89, the range should be like 250-850,
So i took
vitamin b12 and zinc supplement for 15 days, and the symptoms are gone, again now I'm facing the same symptoms and I'm always havi g some weakness in my energy mainly in legs, that I'm feeling less focused also..
Symptoms:sudden diziness, less focused, sudden loss of energy levels, sudden pain ans week in legs,
What should I do doctor, what supplements are best.
My cbc levels are good doctor, but recently I haven't checked my b12.
My cbc hemoglobin levels are also 16.8 points
