B12 and D deficiency
I, a non-vegetarian, was diagnosed with low b12(level - 122) and D (level - 14) deficiency. Have been on treatment for 2 months having taken 14 injections for b12 till now. My question is does the issue ever resolve on its own or is this the treatment for life long? I got multiple opinions from doctors, the doctor who diagnosed me said he really can't say and I will have to continue taking injections with no end in sight. However the second doctor who diagnosed the d deficiency said that I can stop b12 medication after checking my levels  3 months from now. My last test for b12 showed, done 6 days after last injection, showed a level of above 1500. Please advice.
