Hello human! Thank you for sharing. You have already taken the first step on your mental health journey and we appreciate you reaching out. Drastic changes in emotions, feeling discouraged and disinterested and excessive crying are all symptoms of an underlying issue. What follows is some general advice that may help you. Take care of your physical health. It may seem obvious, but it is easy to ignore when you feel exhausted. Physical health has a significant impact on mental health. Eat a balanced diet, get adequate sleep, engage in exercise and give your body breaks when you deserve it. Talk to a supportive friend or family member about how you’re feeling. Confiding in people you trust would make you feel loved and accepted. Engage in hobbies! Surround yourself with positivity by doing the things you love. You may try listening to relaxing music or journaling. Try practicing mindfulness, meditation and/or relaxation techniques.
Next Steps
Please remember these are very basic tips. While they may help to some extent, they won’t solve your problems. For that, you must consult a counselling psychologist. They would create a safe space and guide you. You may book a session with me when you feel comfortable.
Health Tips
Hope this helps. Stay strong and take care!
