Hi , anxiety is base on "what if thinking". (What if thinking) is future oriented not present focus that why you find difficult to live happy in present.
What if I have cardiac attack, tumor , stroke . Remember your all what's if can be true but problem is that if your (what if ) would be true in that case they would be true in future but not now .Ask Your self question so what if my what's if come true . It will be only bad not terrible and it would be difficult to tolerate not impossible.
You are making your self anxious now by your rigid thinking that these( what's if )must not happen but again question rises why these( what's if )must not come to true ? R u special person on earth ? These things can happen to anyone . Accept that these things can happen to anyone and stop googling as it only provide temporary relief from anxiety. Start tolerating your anxiety too .
Hey beautiful!

Health Tips
jumping to immediate conclusions is never the conclusion
I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with health anxiety. It's common for concerns about health to cause anxiety and distress. It might be helpful to acknowledge these thoughts and try redirecting your focus. Consider seeking support from a mental health professional who can provide coping strategies and help you work through these anxieties.
It is your CHOICE to worry or not, about your health, because those worries brought in no positive outcome so far. You might have, by now, realised that most of your health related worries were meaningless. With that kind of experience in life, you should, under normal circumstances, be able to control your anxieties through logical thinking and analysis. If you are unable to do that, you may need professional help from a psychologist for dealing with issues like illness anxiety disorder (hypochondria). I hope you succeed in managing your condition on your own, using your common sense and logic. Trusting the internet blindly to handle your health related anxieties may put you in bigger trouble.
Hi... Although these are all signs of heath anxiety or hypochondria but considering you being a young adult, I believe you are overthinking and stressed about something else in your life and it is coming in this form. It may be related to your education, career, job, relationship, family, friends, or uncertain future, etc. Addressing those triggers and core issues will resolve your presenting problems.
