Bartholin cysts in the vaginal opening often go away on their own. If they don't, a doctor can treat them and cure them easily, under normal conditions. But in your case, the issue seems to be the health and other anxieties for which you are already under treatment and not the bartholin cysts. Please report the new set of health anxieties that you seem to have developed, to your psychiatrist, who is very likely to deal with it and bring normalcy back into you.
Next Steps
Please report your condition to your psychiatrist and seek advice.

Understandably, health concerns can trigger anxiety, and it's commendable that you're actively seeking support from a psychiatrist. It's important to remember that health anxiety can sometimes lead to unnecessary worries. Instead of fixating on potential complications, focus on practicing mindfulness and maintaining healthy habits. Engage in activities that bring you joy and relaxation. If the anxiety persists, consider discussing your concerns with your psychiatrist during your next session. They can provide guidance on managing health-related anxiety and help you develop coping strategies to lead a healthy and fulfilling life. You can connect with me through Mind Sculpt, my company, for online sessions.
