Anxiety Health
I am facing a lot of anxiety since a long time. I am unable to trust anyone be it the doctor or family member. My ECG, 2d echo, lipid everything is normal. D3 was extremely low hence m on medication. But I have this fear that something major will happwn to me. I keep on checking with the pulse oximeter and bp machine. Even if I lose weight i Google it and read weird answers which directs to some major diseases. I want to be tension and stress free. I keep on searching on Google regarding heart attacks etc. even though I know that till menopause the women are safe. I am going crazy

Obsessive worry about health, if persistent for weeks or months, maybe identified as health anxiety disorder (previously known as hypochondria). I feel that you will have to deal with your anxiety first, if required through a psychiatrist and maybe with some kind of medication, probably for some time. Once you start feeling better with that, you may have to consult a psychologist to work out strategies to ensure that the anxiety, especially the health anxiety, does not return in you.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychiatrist followed by a psychologist.

I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with such anxiety. It's important to understand that anxiety can create a cycle of worry and fear. Your efforts to check your health are understandable, but it's also crucial to manage anxiety effectively. Try relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or mindfulness exercises. These practices can help calm your mind and reduce anxiety over time. It's important to focus on the present moment rather than anticipating future health concerns. If anxiety persists, seeking support from a mental health professional can be beneficial. Mind Sculpt offers online therapy sessions that can provide guidance and support in managing anxiety.
