It seems to be an anxiety disorder. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

What my hunch is that you have anxiety issue, in anxiety person underestimate his capabilities, think he can't tolerate situation, find it difficult to face situations, avoidance behaviour and physical symptoms like shivering, Burns in stomach . Here it is not clear  what type of negative thoughts, are they repetitive in nature or what is theme of your thoughts. On daily basis we have thousands of thoughts ( positive and negative thoughts) .so it not possible to control all thoughts . This mean we have partial control over thoughts. we humans have tendency to eradicate the thoughts,if we fail to eradicate ,in that case we  try to avoid thoughts by some distraction or avoiding the situations, we also  try to  lower their frequency . More we try to eradicate, avoid , distract from these thoughts more they come . there are few ways to deal with them .one is that Instead of avoiding these thoughts accept these thoughts as they are without try to avoid them , certainly presence of these thoughts would lead to discomfort but bear that discomfort. thoughts come and go like clouds in sky , clouds in sky are not permanent, in the same way thoughts are not permanent. Detach your self from the meaning of these thoughts. Other way is try to reframe these thoughts. Think how others would look at these thoughts? how would you see your thoughts after 10 years?

What you're experiencing with negative thoughts and physical reactions is actually a stress response. When our minds are overwhelmed with negativity, our bodies can react with symptoms like shivering, headaches, and stomach discomfort. It's a common reaction to stress, and many people go through it. To manage this, I strongly recommend considering counseling. A therapist can help you understand your stress triggers and provide practical strategies to overcome them. You don't have to face this alone, and seeking professional support can be a positive step towards feeling better and regaining control.

Hi. You might be facing anxiety and worry because of unwanted thoughts. Negative thoughts can bother us a lot and it needs to be replaced with conscious positive thoughts. Practice positive thinking as much as you can, if it seems difficult, connect with a counsellor psychologist who can help you into positive thinking. If you are unable to control your thoughts and control the situation that is triggering these thoughts, you can try and control your actions. Engross yourself in activities that make you happy and distracted in a healthy way. You can listen to music, that can really help with the flow of your thoughts, try some kind of art like painting, practice breathing techniques, physical activity, walks in nature. All of this can help you cope but the issues and anxiety triggers need to be addressed for a long term relief. Please connect with a psychologist. I am happy to help you.
