Overthinking is a tell tale signs of anxiety and can consume a lot of your time and mental energy. It can leave you feeling drained and exhausted, unable to do anything. If it goes the way it is going it will soon take over your life and you will not be able to do normal daily tasks. So, it is advisable that you visit a psychologist and get to the root of the problem and overcome them. Meanwhile, what you can do to overcome the physical symptoms is: 1) Do breathing 2) meditation 3) exercise 4) progressive muscle relaxation
