Kindly let me know if it's safe to use duphalac for longer period without any side effects. And will it get cured without any surgery? Kindly help.

You should take diet full of fiber. Do not eat loads of dry fruits. Stay hydrated because breastfeeding requires lot of fluid. Sitz bath with hot water for ten minutes BD Take proper sleep.

The use of duphalac alone is insufficient to fully address the underlying medical issue. A comprehensive treatment plan involving appropriate antibiotics and additional medications is necessary for effective management of the condition.
Next Steps
Kindly consult for proper evaluation and treatment.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
