ADVICE TO ANAL FISSURE/piles/anal fistula- PATIENTS Kindly take 200 g of fresh vegetables salad and 100 g fruits with lunch and same quantity with dinner daily/Drink 12 glass of water daily/Restrict oily food; fast food; Junk food ;red meat; eggs ;chicken and pastries alcohol and smoking-walk for 5 minutes every hour in your office if you are having a sitting type of job.. Avoid mental tension; depression ;anxiety etc and try to be always smiling and happy .Do pranayama and exercise for 30 minutes daily- Surgery shall be done when all medical procedures fail in a patient --moreover in problems related to anus like --piles; anal fissures and anal fistula the chance of recurrence is much more due to the very special anatomical structure of the area--plenty of blood vessel plexus ;elastic muscle tissue and plenty of fat deposits in the area.so my advice is to continue with medicines ;food and life style changes -- if you can control like that. 31/12/2021 8:25 AM How to control please suggest ?? 31/12/2021 8:42 AM more over the real cause of these problems are not yet known--so we tell risk factors---- are less water intake ; less fiber food intake--green leafy and other vegetables and fresh fruits and whole cereals ; more of spicy oily and junk food ;allergy to some food items like egg and egg containing items like cake; bakery items;lack of regular life style including -defecation timing ;negative mental health like -depression; anxiety; anger; hatred ;jealousy ;superiority and inferiority complex; selfishness being in excess and love; affection ;kindness; promptness ; support; encouragement and appreciation of others --being less ;; sitting and working for long time ;not taking 12-15 glasses of water daily; not sleeping for 8 hours per day ;use of alcohol ;smoking and toxic -over the counter -drugs ;worm infestation etc----so try to care on these aspects. regards 31/12/2021 8:45 AM restrict chicken; shell-fishes also ; if you have a sitting type of job--please -walk for 5 minute per 1 hour of work; use the medicines regularly - do exercise ;yoga; pranayama and meditation regularly; do saline bath of the area- daily -when you have active problem.
