Can stress/anxiety causes healed fissure to occur again and again?
I get fissure again and again but I don't have any constipation. I eat high fiber diet and take laxatives.

Yes but to some extent, u had not mentioned the duration how frequent u have this issue of anal fissure, if the problem is very frequent u can go for surgery for a permanent solution.
