Hi, Suffering from anal fissure for 6 months. Initially there was severe pain and burning sense and spotting of blood. I physically examined and found a tear at 6 O'Clock position. Took home remedy and homeopathic medicine. Now pain is mild but sometimes when water consumption is less or a semi hard stool it bleeds and the sore did not heal. Please help.
