Allergic rash all over face and neck

Asked for Female, 38 Years

I was bitten by something two nights ago, and I had bite marks (looked like mosquito bites) and intense itching. The next morning face and neck were covered in small rash (like prickly heat) and it was itchng with some redness. I took allegra tablet and the itching has reduced but the rash still persists. Can you recommend something topical?
