1.) Please refer my eralier report of Widal, CBC, ESR dated 18.03.2020 (attached)
2.) Widal was +ve, doctor(physician)advised me to take medicines as prescibed for 5 days (till date 22.03.2020 (prescription attached). After than when I asked physician he advised me to continue pantocid tablet for 5 more days,
3.) After 3 more days I felt loosemotion/ pain in lower stomach left side. I took ornamac (twice a day) for 3 days, Flora BC(twice a day), pantocid tablet ( twice a day) for 3 days ( till date (29.03.20)
4.) After then I took pantocid (twice a day), Flora BC (twice a day) for two more days till 31.03.20
5.) As I was feeling regular hearburn, felt esophagitis exposed throat/esophagus by stomach acid, I switched to Veloz D for GERD,once a day in morning empty stomach and started taking Darolac cap. (twice a day) and taking till today.
I started feeling better and recovered from 01st till 04th afternoon. But i started fever of 99.3 on 04th. hence as per advice of doctor my repor
