Kindly consult with a nearby Ayurveda doctor. Ayurveda has the best result so far. It need examination of the concerned part, thorough followup also. Consult a doctor with panchakarma facility. Sitzbath done by nurse in supervision of a doctor gives better result than done at home. If the doctor suggests an IP treatment, it will be better option.
